In order to promote the improvement of the human settlement environment and further stimulate the endogenous motivation of the masses, on the afternoon of May 16, Longting District organized an observation and exchange activity on the effectiveness of the improvement of the human settlements. Zheng Dongyang, secretary of the Xie Zhuang Community Branch, introduced in detail the problems encountered in the work, the ways to solve them, and the results achieved. Subsequently, the observation group went to the Xiaomaquan community of Liuyuankou Township to learn more about the development of the "integral system" to help improve the living environment, and Wang Xuezhi, secretary of the Xiaomaquan community branch, gave a detailed introduction to the formulation of the plan, the source of funds, the evaluation of points, and the distribution of rewards, and went to the village to check the effectiveness of the promotion of the "integral system".
After the observation, a symposium was held in the Xiaomaquan community of Liuyuankou Township. At the meeting, Sun Wenchao pointed out that the renovation of the human settlements is a work of normalization, and it is necessary to continue to maintain the effectiveness of the remediation.
Zheng Huateng emphasized that it is necessary to grasp the three "keys" and earnestly promote the improvement of the human settlements to achieve results. First, it is necessary to grasp the key of township and community secretaries, deeply understand the importance of the improvement of the human settlements, strengthen the determination and confidence to do a good job in this work, and realize the transformation from "let me do it" to "I want to do it"; Second, it is necessary to grasp the key to the execution of the "two committees" of the community, so as to achieve unity of thought, unity of the team, clear goals, take the lead in doing it, and truly clean up the "home" and dress up beautifully; Third, it is necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses, reverse outdated concepts, get rid of bad habits, and guide the masses to care, support, and actively participate in the improvement of the rural living environment, so that the masses can feel the new changes and new look brought about by the improvement of the living environment.
