As the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is now in force, all schools in Hong Kong will be closed this afternoon (4th). Schools that are in session should continue to hold classes until school hours and if it is safe to do so, students should not be allowed to return home.

According to @Greater Bay Area Voice Weibo at 12 o'clock on the 4th, the Hong Kong Observatory predicts that the strong thunderstorm area at the Pearl River Estuary is gradually moving eastward and will affect Hong Kong in the next hour or two.
