"My hometown is the place that sets my tone, sets the tone, and defines me, and I want to dedicate my life to the land of my hometown that raised me. Fu Licai, a farmer's son, was born in Hufang Town, and with a deep affection for the countryside, he led the villagers to explore a way to get rich.
Determined to pursue dreams and have a love for the land
Dark-skinned and not tall, Fu Li was born into an ordinary peasant family and had a deep affection for the rural land since he was a child. In the past, the way of planting rice in Leadshan County was relatively simple and traditional, and the vast majority of farmers chose to grow rice on a small-scale and family-based basis due to the constraints of factors such as the quality of the fields, capital, planting technology and market information, which could not meet the market demand, and the farmers' income was meager.
In Fu Licai's heart, he always cherished a dream, that is, through his own efforts, he would improve the harvest of crops, change the appearance of the countryside, and let the villagers live a better life. In order to realize this dream, Fu Li embarked on a journey of knowledge.
Unswervingly, bravely climb the peak of entrepreneurship
In 2005, Fu Licai went to Zhejiang, Anhui, Hunan and other places to investigate and study, and decided to abandon traditional methods and methods and use advanced technology to develop the rice planting industry.
In 2006, Fu Licai resolutely contracted more than 680 acres of paddy fields for rice planting, and purchased agricultural tractors, rice transplanters, harvesters and other machinery and appliances for large-scale development, effectively improving the level of seedling raising technology. In the following years, Fu Li took matters into his own hands, from seed selection to planting, from field management to harvesting, and continued to explore and innovate. He used the model of "company + base + farmer (farmer cooperative)" to drive farmers to increase production and income.
In the second half of 2023, Fu Licai, with his undying entrepreneurial passion, resolutely crossed the sea alone, set foot on the land full of vitality in Hainan Province, and brought thousands of acres of high-quality red bud taro planted in Leadshan County to Hanlin Town, Ding'an County, Hainan Province, and realized large-scale planting, which was listed half a year earlier than Leadshan County, seizing business opportunities and markets in advance, and driving the development and progress of local agriculture in Ding'an County, Hainan Province.

"It is better to be happy alone than to be happy with all". Fu Licai made a fortune while not forgetting his roots, but more ardent hope to drive local farmers to get rich together. He imparted agricultural technical knowledge to his parents and fellow villagers, provided information services for rice planting, helped poor households to cultivate land and harvest mechanically for free, and provided free rice drying and drying services for villagers by using drying equipment and drying yards. He proposed a one-stop service of "six generations and one tube" for rice planting, which liberated farmers from heavy manual labor.
Fu Licai has always adhered to the development of modern agricultural production, and has successively established a number of service-oriented farmer cooperatives, with nearly 1,000 members of the cooperative, driving nearly 10,000 surrounding farmers, giving full play to the advantages of all parties, and promoting the integration of modern agricultural development.

"From spring sowing to autumn harvest, from seedling beating to rice planting, Fu Licai is skilled in every farm work.
