Xu Hongjun
Xu Hongjun, deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Division of the Pudong New Area Justice Bureau, is discussing issues related to the management measures of the Pudong New Area with his colleagues. He was named the first Shanghai Legal Practice Expert (nominated) and a pacesetter individual in the Pudong New Area "High-quality Legal Guarantee" Labor Competition. Since the central government authorized the legislation in 2021, Xu Hongjun has participated in the formulation of 18 Pudong New Area regulations and 23 management measures, contributing to the construction of the rule of law guarantee in the Pudong Leading Area.

Li Niwen
In the expropriation project of the fourth phase of the Zhuyuan Sewage Treatment Plant in Gaodong Town, as many as 337 households, Li Niwen, a notary of the Pudong Notary Office, handled the on-site supervision and notarization of the lottery of the signing sequence number. After turning from the front line of market regulation and law enforcement to the front line of administrative reconsideration litigation in 2021, Cheng Min combined his years of accumulated law enforcement experience with reconsideration litigation and quickly became an "old lawyer" in handling cases. He handles more than 100 administrative reconsideration litigation cases every year, and successfully completes a number of difficult and complex cases assigned by the leadership. In addition to handling cases, Cheng Min devoted himself to studying legal expertise, researching typical cases, and focusing on the accumulation of similar cases.
