In April 2023, Li Zhenhao, who worked as an extra in the movie "Jiaotou", colluded with others to lure 88 people to Cambodia and sell them to local fraud groups to make a profit. At that time, the court sentenced Li Zhenhao to 18 years in prison, and the other accomplices in the case were sentenced to prison terms ranging from 11 years to 16 years and six months, which can be appealed.
The case was appealed, and on April 30, the court ruled that some of the co-defendants in the same case revoked the verdict, but some of Li Zhenhao's appeals were rejected and he was still sentenced to 18 years in prison, which can be appealed.

It is reported that the human trafficking group led by Li Zhenhao and others has used social platforms to publish recruitment advertisements for Cambodian gambling and game customer service since November 2021, luring young people with high jobs and high debts to Cambodia with high salaries, easy loans, and assistance in paying off small debts.
After the prosecution's investigation, Li Zhenhao and others sold the deceived young people to Cambodian buyers to engage in telecom fraud, and if they did not comply or performed poorly, they would be beaten, electrocuted, locked in a confined space, tortured, and then demanded a high ransom.
According to a previous report by the global network, after Li Zhenhao participated in the Taiwanese movie "Jiaotou" (Jiaotou usually refers to a local or gang leader), he independently established the gangster organization of the same name in the film "Dongxinhui", and ran a nightclub in Zhongshan District, Taipei City, and then decided to engage in human trafficking due to poor business. In just 3 months, dozens of people were deceived into going to Cambodia.
