Production process
2 spring bamboo shoots, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 3~5 shiitake mushrooms, 1 carrot, 6 shrimps

Wash and shred all the ingredients, remove the shell of the shrimp and remove the shrimp line, and put the shrimp in cooking wine and a small amount of salt to remove the fishy seasoning.

Stir-fry the shrimp in a small amount of cooking oil until half-cooked and set aside.
Blanch the bamboo shoots in boiling water and set aside.
