In terms of daily teaching management, in addition to actively participating in various teaching observation classes and report meetings, Yi Fengying also constantly enriches herself in her spare time, draws on excellent teaching methods, improves her teaching ability and professional level, and actively carries out a variety of practical activities in the classroom, allowing students to do it themselves in small experiments and small productions, and encouraging them to think boldly and innovate boldly in the real society. She has effectively stimulated students' interest in participating in teaching innovation by guiding students to draw mathematics picture books, make mind maps, write mathematics diaries and other forms of innovative teaching methods, so that students can actively participate in it, and their hands, mouths and brains have been greatly improved.
Since teaching, Yi Fengying has won many provincial and municipal awards.
