Xinjiang Net News (all-media reporters Wang Yanhong, Jiang Binwei, Li Ningyan, Tang Hongmei, Shi Chuanzhi, Wang Lei, Liu Aoxue) Labor creates dreams, and struggle writes wonderfully.

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmen.

In the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, the vast number of workers have kept in mind their earnest entrustment, overcome difficulties, worked tenaciously, created one miracle after another with their hard-working hands, built a new era with the spirit of craftsmen, and played a song of workers in the new era.

On the occasion of the International Labor Day, the all-media reporter of this website interviewed five workers who cast their dreams with ingenuity and listened to the dream stories of modern craftsmen.

He used eggs to practice drilling "peerless martial arts"

Can you imagine that the 0.2 mm thick egg shell and the 0.02 mm egg film are completely peeled off with a drill to ensure that the raw egg is intact, not only the egg shell has no cracks, but the thin membrane under the eggshell is also unharmed.

Many people will say "how can it be done", but Li Jiwen did it.

Li Jiwen is a teacher of mechanical and electrical technology application at Urumqi Technician College. On April 30, the reporter saw his unique skills in the school's Li Jiwen fitter skills master studio.

I saw him holding a raw egg in his left hand, operating an electric drill with his right hand, calming his mind, eyes, hands, and breath in harmony, the drill bit was repeatedly polished on the egg, and after a while, a small hole was ground out on the eggshell, and the egg membrane under the eggshell was intact.

The 33-year-old Li Jiwen is the leader of the autonomous region-level master studio, Li Jiwen's fitter skills master studio. Why did he, who was almost at the "ceiling" level among fitters, drill holes in eggs?

In the face of reporters' questions, Li Jiwen said that this is to improve concentration, master better grinding, drilling and milling methods, and produce better and higher-precision parts.

"In the era of industrialization, many parts can be automated production, but some areas of parts have relatively high precision requirements, and in the case that CNC machine tools cannot reach, fitters are still required to polish them by hand. Li Jiwen said that the pursuit of higher precision is always the goal, in the fitter's unit of measurement, there is no millimeter, only one hundredth of a millimeter or even one thousandth of a millimeter, equivalent to one-sixth or one-sixtieth of a hair.

The hole spacing of the fitter's drilling must be controlled within 0.02 mm, and it is not easy to perfect the technique. It needs to be carefully observed, practiced repeatedly, and constantly summarized. "A good fitter is made out of a little bit of polishing. Li Jiwen said.

It is with his superb fitter skills that Li Jiwen, who is engaged in skills education and training, has successively won the honorary titles of National Technical Expert, National Youth Post Expert, "Xinjiang Craftsman", etc., and has also participated in Urumqi City, Autonomous Region and National Skills Competition as a coach and enterprise technical workers for many times, and has won many awards. Among the contestants he brought out, some became senior engineers, and some won honorary titles such as the "Xinjiang Medal for Development and Construction" and the "National May Day Labor Medal".

He uses continuous innovation to help the development of enterprises

Check equipment safety, check process parameters, research and improve production lines...... On April 30, in Naaisi Urumqi Co., Ltd., located in the Economic Development Zone (Toutunhe District), Li Xintong, the head of the production section, ran in the production workshop of detergent, laundry detergent and laundry detergent, and his forehead was covered with beads of sweat.

Every day, Li Xintong squatted in the workshop team, preparing the preliminary data of the packaging production line, and the technical research team set up by him has successively completed the transformation of the automatic capping of the detergent production line, the switching of idle air compressors, and the optimization of dust removal equipment.

As a model worker of the autonomous region and the winner of the "National May Day Labor Medal", Li Xintong strives for perfection and meticulousness in the production line, constantly innovates, and promotes enterprises to create "miracles" of development.

Many people don't know that phosphorus-free laundry detergent, laundry detergent, detergent and other commonly used daily necessities need the support of science and technology. In the traditional raw materials for the production of laundry detergent, sodium tripolyphosphate is the main detergent, but the sewage after washing the raw material has an impact on the environment.

In 2008, Li Xintong tried to use 4A zeolite raw materials to replace sodium tripolyphosphate as a detergent. During the day, I was familiar with the raw materials and mastered the production process in the workshop, and at night, I used my spare time to consult the washing technology information at home and abroad, and filled more than 20 notebooks densely. After a long period of research, Li Xintong found that the specific gravity of 4A zeolite raw materials is light, and it is difficult to fully dissolve with other materials. Many people persuaded Li Xintong to give up, but he still tried again and again. In the end, after dozens of run-in operations, the trial production of phosphorus-free laundry detergent was successful, filling the gap that Xinjiang could not produce phosphorus-free environmentally friendly laundry detergent. Since 2008, Li Xintong has carried out or participated in the innovation of more than 20 projects. A number of "Made in Xinjiang" cleaning and daily care brands have entered thousands of households.

In 2015, the Innovation Studio named after Li Xintong was established. Today, "Li Xintong Innovation Studio" has become a "Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio of the Autonomous Region".

"The development of an enterprise is inseparable from innovation, and if every employee strives for excellence in their posts, it will promote the company to move forward. Li Xintong said.

He measured every inch of land with his footsteps

Squatting down, carefully observing the buried depth of the groundwater level with the help of tools, testing the quality of surface water and groundwater on the spot, etc., in order to obtain more detailed hydrogeological information; standing at the reservoir construction site, spreading out the deployment map of the water conservancy project and analyzing the water resources situation with everyone, looking for solutions to the problem; recording and sorting out the observation data outdoors, and summing up experience in the accumulation of day after day...... This kind of field investigation work of measuring every inch of land with footsteps is the daily routine of Zhou Jinlong, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University.

In 1984, on the eve of graduating from Wuhan Institute of Geology (now China University of Geosciences), Zhou Jinlong submitted an application for side support. In his application, he wrote, "I am willing to work in Xinjiang for the rest of my life." In the past 40 years, he has been working in the forefront of hydrology and water resources research, discipline construction and talent training in Xinjiang for a long time. Actively play the role of "passing on the help", and set up and run a hydrology and water resources research and innovation research group with more than 30 teachers and students.

"Doing one thing well in my life, from the day I came to Xinjiang, I have taken root here. Zhou Jinlong said.

Zhou Jinlong measured every inch of Xinjiang's land with his footsteps, entered the extremely arid Lop Nur area and the high-altitude Altun Mountains several times to carry out scientific research work, braved the severe cold and scorching heat to lead a team to complete the field investigation of the topic of the third Xinjiang comprehensive scientific expedition "Tuha Basin Groundwater Investigation"; presided over the construction of the Changji groundwater balance test site, which is advanced in the country and leading in the northwest region; Ruoqiang's red jujube kernel has a thin skin and good taste, but it is not as well-known as Hami jujube. Distribution of selenium-rich agricultural land in Ruoqiang area.

He used his "sharp eyes" to get the bus on the road safely

On April 30, in the maintenance workshop of the second department of the Urumqi Public Transport Group, Aishanjiang Kadier, the safety technical captain of the 13th fleet, and Song Jianwei, the driver of the No. 537 bus, were carefully inspecting the buses.

After getting out of the car, Aishanjiang Kadir drilled into the pit again to inspect the vehicle's chassis, propeller shaft, brake system and natural gas system......

"Captain Ai was sharp-eyed when he inspected the vehicle, and he could find many small problems. Song Jianwei said.

In 2010, after graduating from the bus technical school, Aishanjiang Kadir became a bus driver, and every time he carried out vehicle maintenance, he followed behind the technician in the maintenance department. "As long as there is a problem that I don't understand, I will learn from the mechanic, and every time I repair the car, I ask the questions one by one, and the experience is getting more and more. Aishanjiang Kadir said that safety is more important than Mount Tai, and buses are part of the transportation service industry, and the safety issue cannot be sloppy at all.

It is with his diligent and studious drill that Aishanjiang Kadir has developed a pair of "fiery eyes", and he has learned to repair cars by himself, and he can quickly solve many problems that others can't find. For a while, there were two buses in the fleet that used a lot of gas every day, but the driver couldn't find the reason. Aishanjiang Kadir and the driver adjusted the cylinder pressure of the vehicle over and over again, and finally found that it was because the driver stepped on the brakes in the wrong way, resulting in a large amount of air.

In recent years, Aishanjiang Kadir has been awarded the honorary titles of Urumqi Model Worker, Autonomous Region Model Worker and Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Autonomous Region.

"My father is an engineer and has won many honors such as the National Model Worker, and I have always taken him as my role model. Aishanjan Kadir said.

He relied on "passing on the help" to lift more people

On April 30, in the "Ma Yanjun Equipment Anti-corrosion Studio" of Urumqi Petrochemical Company of China National Petroleum Co., Ltd., Ma Yanjun is organizing a team to carry out face-to-face anti-corrosion technology exchanges with a professional corrosion control company in Liaoning.

To take a new road, a road that few people take, there is a new world when you go through. That's what Ma Yanjun said, and that's what he did.

Ma Yanjun has been fighting in the production line for decades, and after years of hard work and continuous self-study, he has made new achievements in the corrosion and protection of the company's refining and chemical plant process equipment with exquisite technology, and has become a "Xinjiang craftsman" and an expert in China's petroleum technology.

Equipment corrosion protection refers to a series of operations to prevent equipment from corrosion through reasonable design, correct material selection and appropriate protection measures. For refining and chemical production, equipment corrosion will not only shorten the service life of equipment, but also affect safety production and product quality. Every time Ma Yanjun encounters equipment corrosion problems, he will consider them layer by layer like peeling an onion, and analyze the selection, material, structure, nature, temperature, and flow regime of the equipment one by one to find out the internal causes of the problem.

"Equipment anti-corrosion can not wait for problems and then think about treatment, so that the anti-corrosion work is a symptom but not a cure. Ma Yanjun said that he has been exploring the method of "curing the root cause" and has been deeply involved in equipment anti-corrosion for 37 years.

In 2019, the "Ma Yanjun Equipment Anti-corrosion Studio" was established, and he implemented the combination of classified management and hierarchical management of heat exchangers in refineries, and put forward the concept of life cycle management of cold exchange equipment. With the joint efforts of the studio team, the number of refinery cold exchange equipment failures has decreased significantly, saving nearly 10 million yuan per year.

In addition to cultivating superb professional skills, Ma Yanjun has also been passing on his experience and technology to others, giving full play to the role of "passing on the help and leading" and promoting the experience and achievements of anti-corrosion.

Under the leadership of the master, Wang Xindong not only greatly improved his professional skills, but also won the advanced individual of PetroChina's anti-corrosion work for two consecutive years.

Wang Xindong said that the 15 apprentices of the master have been out of the school and have grown into the backbone of anti-corrosion technology, constantly injecting fresh blood into the company's equipment management profession.

"In three years, I'm retiring, and now my focus is on technology inheritance and talent development. Ma Yanjun said that craftsmen should be willing to be a ladder and let more people stand on their shoulders and keep moving forward.
