On April 30, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County held the 2024 National People's Congress proposals, suggestions and CPPCC proposals, and letter handover meeting. The meeting further clarified the responsibilities of deputies and promoted the high-quality handling of CPPCC proposals and letters from CPPCC members. The meeting pointed out that in 2024, 135 suggestions put forward by the deputies of the county people's congress at this year's meeting and during the intersessional period, 39 proposals from the county CPPCC members, and 10 letters from members. All undertaking units should include the handling of proposals and motions as an important political task in their work schedules, the sponsoring units should earnestly assume the responsibility of taking the lead, and the co-organizers should take the initiative to participate, actively cooperate, and interact with each other, make concerted efforts to overcome difficulties, handle suggestions and proposals well, and put an end to problems such as "emphasizing replies and ignoring implementation" and "only replying and not implementing", and further improve the quality of handling.
The meeting demanded that all undertaking units should take communication and consultation as a necessary part of the handling of proposals and proposals. The organizers and co-organizers should report the progress in a timely manner, negotiate and study the difficult problems in the process of handling in a timely manner, and collectively study and reply to opinions. According to the actual conditions of work, it is necessary to do a good job of communication and consultation with deputies and committee members in stages, so as to communicate and contact before handling, solicit opinions during handling, and follow up and return visits after handling. All undertaking units must take a highly responsible attitude, strengthen the analysis and study of the content of the proposals, strengthen the organization and leadership, timely mobilization and deployment, implement personnel and funds, come up with effective measures, go all out to do a solid job in handling the proposals and proposals, and take practical actions to serve the deputies to the people's congress and the CPPCC members in performing their duties and exercising their powers, and make new contributions to the construction of beautiful meltwater.
