As soon as the sky was bright, I was ready to shoot the sunrise, and when I opened the bedroom door, a wave of heat rushed in, wiped my face, picked up the camera, and hurried to the camera I had chosen in advance.

It is a 30-storey HDB flat, with a dense forest on the east side of the building, and from the top of the building, the trees are covered with a hazy layer of mist, which when the morning sun first appears, the clouds roll and form a sea of crimson clouds. The sun seemed to have found a weak gap and jumped out of it, turning from orange to incandescent in an instant, and the beam of light was shining, and my face suddenly felt like it was being baked. In the garden on the rooftop, I inadvertently saw that the sun happened to climb the garden street lamp, the flame was like a torch, a providential coincidence, a beautiful combination, I quickly took a picture and shared it with friends.

The heat in Singapore is not the same as the summer in Xi'an. Xi'an has a hundred flowers in spring, a moon in autumn, a cool breeze in summer and snow in winter, the four seasons are distinct, and the temperature difference is also large. However, Singapore is located near the equator and is controlled by the equatorial low pressure zone for many years, which is a tropical rainforest climate, with long summers and no winters throughout the year, and the temperature does not change much, with an average temperature between 23 and 34 degrees Celsius. Rainfall is plentiful and humidity in the air is high, with an average annual rainfall of around 2,400 mm and humidity between 65% and 90%.

Although the temperature in Xi'an is the hottest, the temperature breaks through 40 degrees, but it is dry and hot, so in the body, Singapore's humid heat, but it is only more than 30 degrees, but it is really uncomfortable.

Singapore's climatic characteristics lead to a dry and rainy season in this region throughout the year. I have a very naïve, ridiculous, superficial and simplistic understanding that the dry season is our winter and spring, and the rainy season is our summer and autumn.

A few days ago, I was chatting with a Chinese man in Singapore, and I asked him why Singapore has been so hot lately? He said that this is related to the monsoon, and the sages who once went to the South Seas have mastered this common sense very early. The rainy season is from November to March, and the weather is unstable due to the humid northeast monsoon, with thundershowers often in the afternoon and an average low temperature hovering around 25 degrees. From June to September, southwesterly winds blow and the climate is drier and the dry season is dry. In the early years, when the sages went to the South Seas, they mainly took sailboats, and generally chose the northeast monsoon, with the help of the wind at sea. During the monsoon months, April to May and October to November, the winds on the ground are weak and the sun is very hot, with temperatures reaching highs of 35 degrees Celsius in Singapore.

Singapore's climatic characteristics ensure the lush beauty of its unique seasonal flora. Such climatic conditions have contributed to the preservation of the region's rich ecosystems and biodiversity.

Every year from April to May and October to November, because of the small long holiday, the number of Chinese people who use the holiday to travel to Singapore has increased dramatically, I saw that tourists are very hot, have to hide in the shade of trees, indoor attractions are okay, but Sentosa, Merlion Park, Faber Hill and other scenic spots are outdoors, and it is really hard to visit.

Because of Singapore's hot and humid climate, the government has created a comfortable living and working environment for the people as much as possible, whether it is shopping malls, restaurants, subway buses, schools, museums and other indoor places, they are fully air-conditioned, which really makes people sigh that the world is so hot and cold. Pedestrians are also dressed in a variety of ways. Some wear suspender shorts, some wear velvet hats, but anyone who goes to the mall to watch a movie must have a long-sleeved clothing, I go into the mall with my children, and after a while, my arms are full of goosebumps, and I have to run out to receive the sunshine.

This is the scene I saw on the escalator in the mall, and I thought it was funny, so I secretly filmed it with my phone.

Singapore is an island nation, surrounded by the sea, but it is still a water-scarce region, and its rivers are short and small due to its terrain. There are 32 major rivers on the island, including the Kranji, Punggol, Serangoon, etc., the longest of which is the Kallang River, and now the government has renovated most of the rivers and built several reservoirs to provide a clean drinking water source for the people.

Although the weather is very hot, it still can't stop my enthusiasm for photographing morning and sunset, I love to shoot the morning sun that is about to burst out, I love to shoot the rolling streamer in the clouds, I love to shoot the burning clouds in the evening sky, and I love to shoot everything alive in the sun.
