Tighten the safety chain. In accordance with the requirements of "the deployment of rectification actions will not be implemented overnight", the work plan will be formulated as soon as possible, inspection and research will be carried out, and the requirements of the superior and the deployment of localized measures will be fully implemented in the shortest time, the fastest speed, and the most complete content, and the responsibility will be compacted to the community level, and the task will be subdivided into the end of safety management such as residential property companies, so as to ensure that the responsibility chain covers the whole level and the tasks and measures are pressed to the grassroots level.
Implement entity responsibility. Through interviews with the person in charge of the property management unit, urge the relevant property management units to formulate a rectification plan for residential communities, and implement relevant preventive measures, regularly conduct business skills training and fire drills for the community and property management personnel, and regularly organize investigation and elimination of fire hazards such as building piles, defects in fire-fighting facilities, and occupancy and blocking of fire truck passages, and regularly publicize and popularize fire safety knowledge, so as to form a good situation of group prevention and treatment, tracking and questioning. Up to now, more than 85 hidden dangers such as non-standard fire and electricity use in residents' homes, blocking and occupying passages and stairs, enclosing fire hydrants, and indiscriminately parking vehicles in the community affecting the passage of fire trucks have been investigated and rectified, and a number of fire safety hazards have been eliminated in a timely and effective manner.
Improve the effectiveness of publicity. The detachment organized fire propaganda personnel and community fire workers to carry out extensive training for residents by combining centralized training and door-to-door guidance. At the same time, the detachment promoted the propagandists to integrate the home fire prevention inspection service into the full participation in the fire prevention and control work, focusing on the basic knowledge of fire protection such as residents' fire and electricity, daily fire prevention, fire extinguisher use, and how to call the police.
