The final evaluation session was carried out in the form of PPT speech + on-site defense, and the scene was tense and intense, with many highlights and climaxes. After the professional evaluation and on-site scoring of the jury, a number of cases with high professional value and social significance stood out.
The final evaluation committee is composed of Ma Jingyun, director of Haihua Yongtai, Feng Jiaqing, chairman of the National Coordination Management Committee, Zhang Xingde, head of the Professional Construction and Standardization Committee, Zhang Hongbo, He Qiang, members of the Management Committee, Cai Jian, Liang Lijin, Wang Jin, Guo Jie, and Qiu Maobo, Cheng Jun, Li Jin, Zhao Buzhen, Ling Ling, Chen Deri, Sun Li, Zhou Jiao, Chen Qiuguo, He Wenshu, Gu Yanhong, a total of 20 expert judges, which are carried out in the form of online and offline simultaneous evaluation. The final evaluation was presided over by lawyer Guo Jie and introduced the selection rules.
Zhang Xingde, head of the Professional Construction and Standardization Committee, said in his speech that this is the eleventh annual excellent case selection held by Hiways Yongtai since 2012. As the most concerned selection and commendation activity of Hiways Yongtai nationwide, the selection of outstanding cases is evaluated once a year and an award is given every year, which is a list of achievements of Hiways lawyers in various professional fields in the past year.
It is worth mentioning that this year's excellent case selection has received positive response and attention from various business committees and offices across the country, and a total of 130 qualified excellent cases have been received, setting a record for the most participation in the competition, and the case content is rich, and the scope of the application covers corporate and commercial matters, civil dispute resolution, criminal, real estate and construction projects, intellectual property rights, financial securities, international business and other aspects, each case reflects Haihua lawyers' profound legal skills and professional practical ability. After the preliminary and intermediate evaluation, a total of 42 cases were shortlisted for the final evaluation.
"There is no best, only better!" As Feng Jiaqing, chairman of the National Coordination and Management Committee, said in his comments, the 42 shortlisted cases span a large span, the content is so rich, some new case ideas are refreshing, and some cases jump out of the traditional lawyer's undertaking ideas, and even use comprehensive thinking and business thinking to deal with cases, which makes him have a deeper understanding of the colleagues he often contacts on weekdays.
In his concluding remarks, Director Ma Jingyun emphasized that the focus of specialization lies in applying the existing professional knowledge, wisdom and experience to the case, treating each case as a work of art, and creating each case with the spirit of craftsmanship.
