In order to further create a youth-friendly community environment and better support the healthy growth of young people, the "Partnership Program and Tuantuan Vitality Circle" demonstration project in Yuhua District, Changsha City was successfully concluded recently.
The "Partnership Program" is one of the brand projects of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, which supports a certain number of youth social organizations and carries out demonstration projects of social governance services with ideological guidance, growth and care, social integration, protection of rights and interests, and crime prevention as the main content for key youth groups in relevant communities across the country. From September 2023 to March 2024, the Tuanyuhua District Committee will guide and promote the Rongchengyuan Community and the Xiaozhiyuan Social Work Service Center to implement and carry out the "Partner Program, Tuantuan Vitality Circle" Youth Physical and Mental Health Improvement Service Demonstration Project.
Since the implementation of the activity, it has actively leveraged local resources to establish a social resource library - "Public Welfare Partner Circle", attracting more than 20 local enterprises and institutions, social organizations, universities, property and other social forces to join, and has carried out a total of 62 services, with a completion rate of 106.89%, 245 hours of service, and 2,025 young people (including young people from urban low-income families, 339 key youths in four categories, including minors with bad behaviors), mobilized 130 volunteers, and achieved positive social influence.

The rich and colorful "wisdom" heart activities have improved the children's spiritual literacy.
A series of sports such as fancy rope skipping, happy aerobics, and fun hula hoops have been carried out to allow young people to enjoy fun, enhance their physique, improve their personality, and temper their will in physical exercise.
Carry out 9 painting activities such as "Painting Honest Fan, Breeze Raising Wenyuan", Garbage Classification to "Green Heart" Hand-copied Newspaper, "Colorful Windmill, Joyful Childhood", etc., giving full play to the role of aesthetic education in enriching the spirit and warming the soul, teaching young people to know, appreciate and create beauty, and at the same time let the ideology of clean government culture and garbage classification enter the brain and heart.
In the service area of Tuan Tuan Vitality Circle, there is a group of small volunteers, who will regularly clean and organize books, and assist in carrying materials, setting up the site to clean up garbage, and setting up tables and chairs in daily activities...... In the normalized labor activities, the children sharpened their quality, developed labor habits, and knew how to cherish the fruits of labor and live a happy life.

At the same time, through theoretical training, skills training and other forms, we continue to improve the professionalism of volunteer service.

The implementation of the project has created a neighborhood research public space with the theme of "Party Building Leading + Volunteer Service + Youth Growth", advocating a new social trend of neighbors getting acquainted, getting to know each other, helping each other, and going on a blind date, and exploring and building a friendly and harmonious community youth work system.
In the next step, the Tuanyuhua District Committee will continue to link youth social organizations, youth volunteers and other professionals, integrate all kinds of caring resources, focus on the most concerning, direct and realistic general needs of key youth groups in the community, continue to carry out distinctive, in-depth and effective ideological guidance and growth care services, demonstrate and drive youth social organizations and the majority of youth league members to actively participate in grassroots social governance, and promote the healthy growth of young people in the jurisdiction.
