The wind has a letter, and the flower has a period. The Rhododendron Festival in Castle Peak Park has just ended, and the Peace Park has come again with a charming fragrance in the month of the month. On April 26, the 16th Moon Season of the Peace Park opened.
Covering an area of 19,000 square meters, the Peace Park Yueji Garden was built in 2000 and has held many Wuhan monthly and quarterly exhibitions, which have been well received by the public. In July 2017, the Peace Park was certified by the Wuhan Association for Science and Technology as the "Brand Characteristics of Wuhan Science Education Base". In recent years, the park management office has continuously optimized the layout of the Yueji Garden, carefully cultivating varieties of Yueji, and making the Yueji Garden more distinctive.
More than 30,000 plants of more than 80 varieties are exhibited in this year's Yueji, and 7 kinds of Yueji, including vines, shrubs, abundant flowers, ground covers, miniature Yueji, large-flowered perfumes, and tree-like Yueji, gather in the garden.
Walking through the garden is like wandering in a sea of flowers. Love, Incense Devil, Wedding White, Green Field, Double Happiness, Broadway and other big flower perfume moon season plants are strong, the flower type is atmospheric, the floral fragrance is rich; Blue Rhapsody, Queen of Sweden, Little Pink, Iceberg, Arabian Nights, Juice Balcony and other abundant flowers, the flower type is full and round, the flower color is gorgeous; Coster, Aunt Maggie and other miniature moon seasons, also known as diamond moon season, pocket moon season, the plant type is short, the flowers are small and compact, and the character is unique; Spectrum and other tree-like moon seasons, the plant type is straight, such as the welcome lady standing in a queue to greet tourists from all over the world; the big parade, the royal carriage, the rainbow, the moon and the moon red and other vines in the moon season, the climbing is very strong, the amount of flowers is bursting, the flower gallery, the flower pavilion, the flower arch, the flower wall, the flower ball, the vase, the flower butterfly, the flower frame and other shapes, romantic and beautiful, become a hot spot for taking pictures. In addition to the moon season park, there are also abundant tree-like moons and vines around the park's sunny lawn for viewing.
On the opening day of the month, a variety of activity areas will be opened in the park. In the intangible cultural heritage market area, craftsmen will be invited to demonstrate traditional skills such as paper-cutting, clay sculpture and sugar painting, and in the lantern riddle guessing game area, tourists can guess lantern riddles while enjoying the lanterns, and those who answer correctly can get small gifts; in the Hanfu parade, tourists participate in the display of Hanfu and share them on social media to participate in the discussion of the event; in the carnival game area, activities such as "Crossfire" and "Frisbee Challenge" are highly participatory, bringing tourists a pleasant experience of playing among flowers.
