A year later, today (April 30), the complete set of renovated houses of the old housing at No. 7-8, Lane 341, Kangjian Road was officially delivered. "Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to complete the design of the scheme first and then solicit the opinions of the residents, and then move out after the residents sign the contract and agree, and the whole process will drag on for a long time. The relevant person in charge of the District Housing Management Bureau recalled that the flood season was approaching at that time, and the living conditions of the original houses were worrisome, and the residents' willingness to renovate was also very urgent. In view of the actual situation, the District Housing Renovation Headquarters, the District Housing Management Bureau and Kangjian Street boldly tried the relocation model of the promised plan to realize the "two-handed" work of the renovation plan and residents.

Kangjian Street quickly formed an "assault team", adhered to the guidance of party building, mobilized the strong force of party members to do mass work, and took the initiative to communicate with each other. Under the communication of several special meetings, Kangjian Street completely summarized the residents' demands for the plan, linked with the district housing management bureau, and integrated public opinion into the whole process of the renovation to ensure the satisfaction of residents in the renovation plan. In only 6 days, 100% of the contracts for one household and one plan were signed, and all the relocation was completed by the end of May.

"This speed" is that the main structure of the building adopts a prefabricated steel structure system, the overall prefabrication rate reaches 61%, which saves more than 50% of the construction period compared with the traditional concrete structure, and the structure of an 11-storey residential building is capped in 77 days, and the project is completed and accepted for 1 year from the date of project starting. "This speed" is still the two-level strengthening linkage in the urban area, the approval process is interlocking, forming a "one regular meeting a week, special personnel to promote" work rhythm, all departments across the front intervention, strengthen services and guidance, greatly shorten the approval cycle, achieve a number of "firsts", and successfully complete the completion of acceptance.

"A total of 11 old housing renovation projects have been completed in Xuhui District this year, involving a construction area of more than 60,000 square meters and benefiting more than 1,900 residents.
