The much-anticipated 2nd West Bund International Coffee Life Festival landed on Xuhui Riverside from April 30 to May 4, and the city's largest coffee life carnival was staged.
In order to fully protect the health and safety of the participants during the event, the Xuhui District Health Commission set up a medical security team and formulated a detailed medical security plan and emergency plan. The medical staff of the medical security team come from Xuhui District Central Hospital and Xietu Community Health Service Center, and they have rich experience in medical treatment, and can respond quickly in emergencies and provide timely and effective medical assistance. At the same time, two medical emergency points (one on the north side of MANNER Coffee and one on the east side of Long Museum) were set up on site, equipped with necessary medical equipment and medicines to ensure that medical care and emergency relief work can be carried out quickly, timely and efficiently during the event.
Before the start of the activity, the medical security team carried out emergency drills, and the medical staff at the support point went to the scene many times to familiarize themselves with the scope of the activity and clarify the medical point. The Xuhui District Health Commission also worked closely with the organizing committee of the event to formulate countermeasures in advance for possible risk points to ensure that the event was carried out in a safe and orderly manner.
The person in charge of the medical security team said that he was on call throughout the event and was ready to deal with possible medical problems at any time. District-level general hospitals have unblocked the "green channel" for emergency treatment and further strengthened emergency duty. At the same time, the medical security team will also strengthen communication and cooperation with the organizing committee of the event, promote the seamless connection between medical security work and other activities, and jointly escort the success of the event.
