Accident Analysis
After investigation by the traffic police department, Wei continued to drive a motor vehicle on the road despite excessive fatigue, and Jin did not fasten his seat belt during the ride in the vehicle, and failed to protect himself in the event of a car accident, which aggravated the consequences of the accident and finally paid the price of his life, which is embarrassing.

At about 9:43 a.m. on August 11, 2023, a car with a license plate of Guangdong D/EX6xx driven by Yao collided with the barrier in the center of the road when passing through a section of the road under the jurisdiction of Jinping, causing the barrier to be damaged and colliding with a car with a license plate of Guangdong B driving in the opposite lane, causing Yao to be slightly injured and the two vehicles to varying degrees of damage.
The cause of the accident
After investigation by the traffic police department, Yao failed to drive safely in accordance with the operating specifications in the process of driving the motor vehicle, which eventually led to the accident. Fortunately, Yao fastened his seat belt during the whole process of driving, and the accident did not cause serious casualties.
