A person's life is like traveling with a heavy bag, which is full of all kinds of materials and desires. However, one day, when we stop and look back at the path we have walked, we will find that what really makes us feel satisfied and happy is not the possession of material things and the satisfaction of desires, but some of the things we have done in our journey of life, that is, the experiences we have fought for the cause of God. Those pious gestures are what we are most pleased with.
Some people spend their lives chasing material wealth, as if they can only prove their worth if they have a lot of money. However, they ignore the fact that the happiness and value of life do not lie in how much material they have, but in how they perceive what they have. Happiness is only possible when we spend the wealth we have in the right place, when we are genuinely aware of the grace we enjoy.
Reading 10,000 books of scriptures is nothing more than understanding the truth that the meaning of life is not how much material things you have, but how to use the materials you have, and how to make the money in your hands become your own money to the future world, rather than a burden in this world. Therefore, we should learn to restrain our desires, to abandon the pursuit of ethereal things, so as to free our hearts from the complicated affairs and to praise the greatness and wonder of the Creator.
When we leave this world one day, what do we take with us? Is it gold and silver, or is it fame? Take advantage of our good health, take advantage of the wealth in our hands to make the final say, and hurry up to do something for ourselves. The merciful Lord said, "The Lord knows all the goods you spend and all the vows you make." There is no helper for the wrongdoers. ”（2:270）
