In order to further strengthen the overall planning and scheduling of the construction of the "Four Hospitals" of our hospital, and promote the deployment requirements of the Party Group of the Institute on the construction of the "Four Hospitals" to be implemented to the letter and achieve practical results, on April 29, the Third Branch of the Municipal Inspection Institute held the second scheduling meeting of the construction of the "Four Hospitals" in 2024. Members of the party group and heads of various departments attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Geng Xin, member of the party group and deputy procurator general.
At the meeting, the office, the procuratorial supervision department, and the ninth procuratorial department, as the main responsible departments of the "three supervisions" system, respectively reported the implementation of the procurator general's instructions, the implementation of the resolutions of the party group meeting and the implementation of the key tasks of the first scheduling meeting for the construction of the "four courts", the party building supervision and evaluation system and the implementation of the "three provisions", as well as the development of the service area, special work and the quality of the procuratorial business. The Third Procuratorial Department and the Fifth Procuratorial Department, as the leading departments, respectively reported on the phased progress of the special work of "procuratorial protection of enterprises" and "procuratorial protection of people's livelihood". The Discipline Inspection Commission of the organ reported on the implementation of the rectification of the feedback from the inspection. The members of the party group put forward opinions on the anchoring of the construction goals of the "four courts" by various departments in combination with the work in charge, fully performing their duties in accordance with the law, and serving and ensuring the high-quality development and modernization of the capital's society.
The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to conscientiously implement the new deployment and new requirements of the higher authorities. Conscientiously implement the requirements for the deployment of party discipline study and education. Strictly implement the "Work Arrangements for Carrying out Party Discipline Study and Education" of our hospital, and the responsible departments should implement list-based management and project-based promotion to ensure that all work tasks are implemented. Conscientiously implement the work requirements put forward by Procurator General Ying Yong during his investigation in Beijing, and consciously examine whether there are gaps in themselves, whether they are not too strong and not good at them, and make up for their shortcomings and weaknesses in a more targeted manner. Conscientiously implement the instructions and requirements of Procurator General Zhu Yapin on our court's inspection and rectification work, deepen the thinking of "how to give full play to the proposition of how to give play to the function of the branch courts of municipalities directly under the central government", and further broaden the thinking and increase the intensity of the functions and roles of the branch courts, so as to form more vivid practices.
The meeting stressed the need to persistently promote the construction of the "four courts". Persistently promote the construction of the "Party's Political Construction Model Academy", strictly implement the "Regulations on the Political and Legal Work of the Communist Party of China", etc., and take the initiative to report to the higher authorities in a timely manner. Strengthen the writing and reporting of procuratorial information, providing an important reference for leadership decision-making. We will persistently promote the construction of the "Model Institute for Serving Regional Development", and strive to strengthen the guarantee of procuratorial services from the three dimensions of serving the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, serving the high-quality development of the sub-center of the city, and serving the modern development of the six eastern districts, so as to ensure that practical results are achieved. Persistently promote the construction of "specialized case handling characteristic courts", with "dual bases" as the leader, procuratorial investigation as the guide, and other procuratorial operations as an important component, and continue to strengthen the construction of specialization in terms of institutional mechanisms, process standards, quality and ability. Persistently promote the construction of the "Advanced Institute for Strict Management of Party Governance and Inspection", tighten and consolidate the main responsibilities at all levels, and gather to form a joint force of internal supervision. Targeting outstanding problems in discipline style, system implementation, etc., we will continue to tackle tough problems and solve them one by one, so as to effectively manage them strictly, dare to manage them strictly, and manage them for a long time.
The meeting demanded that we should earnestly grasp the application of the scheduling results of the "four academies", attach great importance to the problems pointed out in them and the suggestions for the next step, draw inferences from one another, and constantly refine and improve their own work. Pay attention to the use of the work opinions put forward by the leaders of the institute in charge. We should earnestly grasp the rectification of the problems raised, and think about how to make further progress in the good aspects. Pay attention to the implementation of the minutes of the scheduling meeting, accurately understand and grasp the construction and deployment arrangements of the "four hospitals", use the minutes of the scheduling meeting as the "desk file" to promote the work, benchmark against the table, and do a good job in implementation, so as to ensure that new results are continuously achieved.
