From April 25th to 29th, Penta Town Central School carried out a mental health education group support activity with the theme of "Let Confidence Shine" by grade. Li Benxia, a school psychological counselor, infiltrates the content of mental health education into flexible, diverse and interesting activities, so that students can learn to discover their shining selves in the activities, so as to achieve growth and development.
During the activity, Mr. Li used a combination of activities, psychological theoretical knowledge explanations, videos, etc., to accurately grasp the cognitive characteristics and growth laws of students, explain the methods of cultivating self-confidence for students, educate students to understand and cherish life, guide them to correctly understand themselves, establish self-confidence, and meet various challenges on the road of growth with a positive, optimistic, healthy and sunny attitude. The students were enthusiastic, actively participated in all links, spoke enthusiastically, performed boldly, and fully demonstrated their talent and self-confidence.
This group supplementary class allowed the students to experience a spiritual journey in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The students said that they benefited a lot from the mental health group activities, which not only helped them build self-confidence, face the difficulties encountered in their study and life with a positive and sunny attitude, but also helped them correctly face and deal with the troubles in their growth.
