Taking the unification of thinking and the enhancement of understanding as a breakthrough point in united front work, we have organized the study of the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on United Front Work" and other theories, principles, and policies on united front work, unified thinking, and laid a foundation for upholding united front work.

The first is to continue to explore the trial implementation of the "joint license office", integrate the business license and food business license related matters, and try to carry out the "joint license office" licensing model. The second is to promote online and offline non-discriminatory handling, further optimize and upgrade the function of the "enterprise start-up service area" in the government service hall, integrate and apply the "one form" application, and realize that the online and offline processing of enterprise start-up is completed within 0.5 working days. The third is to fully implement the "one-day settlement" and further promote the facilitation of the cancellation of market entities. In the first quarter, a total of 417 market entities were simply deregistered.
