I thought about my employment prospects early on, noticed the prosperity of the new energy industry, and wanted to change careers in this area, so I didn't dare to let myself be idle during the 4 years of my bachelor's degree, participated in relevant competitions, internships, and did projects with teachers, and accumulated a lot of experience.
I originally planned to study for a graduate school to improve my competitiveness, but I didn't get in, and from March, while preparing for adjustment, I submitted my resume to the car company. In addition to Tesla, I also got offers from Cialis and Geely Automobile, which is much better than my classmates, and I do feel that my efforts have been recognized in recent years.

However, after Tesla broke the contract, there was a question mark on the judgment of the outlet. I remember that at the end of the autumn recruitment, I was mainly entangled in two offers, one was to go home, a better unit, belonging to the construction industry, the salary was not high but stable, and the other was Tesla, which was cross-industry, with better development prospects, and wanted to go to a big city.
I thought it was fate giving me the opportunity to choose, and I deliberately chose the latter, but looking back now, I didn't have a choice at all.

I reviewed why I was able to get this offer, in addition to the internship background, I did a lot of preparations, condensed tens of thousands of words of industry knowledge, and typed 4 or 5 pages in a word document to memorize.
