The days when the two supported each other didn't last long, and Qian Ying received a notice from the organization to let her study at Sun Yat-sen University in Moscow.

He was tortured by the enemy, but he still refused to let go, and finally was executed by the enemy in the early morning of May 30, 1931. Tan Shoulin was only 35 years old when he died, and only left a farewell letter to Qian Ying: "We have not completed that thing, and we can only rely on you to struggle! Although I am gone, I believe that my heart will always be with you." ”
Qian Ying, who was thousands of miles away, did not know that her husband had died, and it was not until June that she saw the news of her husband's arrest in the newspaper. She worries about her husband's safety, but the situation does not allow her time to take care of her children's interests.
In 1932, the main force of the Red Army was forced to withdraw from the Honghu Soviet District, and Qian Ying was notified by the organization to go to the Shahu District of Chuyang to find an independent regiment led by the secretary of the Qianjiang County Party Committee. When they arrived, they were being evacuated. Qian Ying retreated with them, but because of the harsh environment, she was separated from the organization.
At that time, there were enemy troops everywhere to capture the Red Army, and Qian Ying wore a blue cloth coat and a straw hat to turn into a peasant woman, and still could not avoid being interrogated. Because her accent was not local, she was detained and interrogated by the enemy.
Qian Ying, who fell into the hands of the enemy, remembered the pocket watch on her body. As a peasant woman, it is impossible to carry a pocket watch on her body, and her husband has been exposed, so Qian Ying can only throw the pocket watch away.
Later, because she handled it properly and had no other evidence on her, she was freed with the help of her family. After this incident, the family was deeply afraid that she would have three strengths and two weaknesses, so they did not support her to continue the revolution and wanted her to stay at home.
But Qian Ying has great ambitions, and she has always had a big idea, and her family can only support her when they see that they can't resist her. Later, Qian Ying served as the secretary of Zhou Chaoying, the minister of women's affairs, in the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Because of what happened in the past few years, Qian Ying raised her vigilance and assumed the pseudonym Peng Yougu to hide her past experience. Including her boss Zhou Chaoying, she didn't know her details.
Facts have proved that Qian Ying's approach was right, and after Zhou Chaoying was arrested, he quickly fell to the enemy and betrayed Qian Ying. But because Qian Ying bit the bullet and said that she was just running errands for Zhou Chaoying, she didn't know anything else.
The enemy did not put her to death without concrete evidence, but they also made her suffer. Until 1937, when Japan bombed Nanjing, the Kuomintang and the Communist Party cooperated for the second time to resist Japan. Not long after, Qian Ying ended her 4 years and 5 months in prison.
