A few days ago, we obtained the latest information on Geely's new pure electric MPV Yizhen L380, the new car is equipped with CATL's world's first CTP 3.0 Kirin battery, the ultra-long range version of the battery capacity of 140kWh, energy density of 200Wh/kg, pure electric range of more than 800km.
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a short front design style, with through-type LED daytime running lights placed at the upper position of the front face, forming a stepped design with the front surround, and the integrated headlights with high and low beams are integrated with C-shaped air vents, and integrated with blackened decorative parts to enhance the sporty sense of the front face. The new car has a length, width and height of 5316/1998/1940 mm, a wheelbase of 3185 mm, and will be available in three seating layouts: 3, 6 and 8 seats.
The sideways shape is the design of a regular MPV, with blackened window bezels to create the effect of a floating roof, with dual electric sliding doors and concealed door handles. The overall shape of the tail is relatively square, with a through-type taillight design, a fan-shaped design at both ends, and an internal light source with a sense of science and technology, which is very recognizable.
In terms of interior, the new car will be equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, a full LCD instrument, a large-size floating center control screen, crystal knobs, etc., and the six-seat version of the third row of seats can achieve a semi-reclining state, which is conducive to long-distance travel. The rear chassis of the baggage area is recessed downward, and the 4-row seats in the 8-seater version can be folded twice to sink into the groove to fill it, and when there is no 4-row seat, it can be used as a recess or optionally with a cover or storage compartment.
The new model is available in two versions: single-motor version with a maximum power of 200kW and a maximum torque of 343Nm, and a four-wheel drive dual-motor version with a maximum output of 400kW and a maximum torque of 686Nm. The battery adopts CATL's CTP battery system integration technology, providing two battery capacities: 116kWh and 140kWh. Fast charging can be from 10%-80% in 30 minutes, and 200km of battery life can be replenished in 10 minutes.
