Recently, Minister of Justice He Rong met with Turkey's Chief Ombudsman Markochi in Beijing, and the two sides conducted in-depth and pragmatic exchanges on law enforcement supervision and other related work.
He Rong introduced to Markochi the great achievements made in China's rule of law construction under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and said that the Ministry of Justice of China is willing to work with Turkey to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen exchanges and mutual learning in the field of rule of law, carry out pragmatic cooperation in law enforcement supervision and promote administration according to law, and serve the sustainable and healthy development of China-Turkey relations based on its functions.
Markochi spoke highly of China's achievements in economic and social development and the construction of the rule of law, and said that the Turkish Ombudsman's Office is willing to further strengthen close working ties with the Ministry of Justice of China and strengthen practical cooperation.
