Huang Minghua, a villager in Xinjingtun, is a large chicken breeder in Qiaolian Village. In 2013, after the land in Tunli was transferred to the boss for contracting, he cooperated with the company and began to develop chicken raising in the form of company + farmers. He raised his own funds to build two chicken coops of about 1,000 square meters each, and the company provided chicken seedlings, feed, technical guidance, etc., and recycled them in a unified manner. Two batches of broilers are slaughtered every year, each batch is about 20,000 birds, and the net profit of each broiler is 2.5 yuan to 3 yuan. With a net income of about 100,000 yuan a year, Huang Minghua has had a sustained and stable income since then.

Lu Youchuan, a villager in Xinjingtun, and Qin Fengyan, a poverty alleviation household, saw that Huang Minghua made money raising chickens, and they also wanted to raise chickens, but they did not dare to act because they had no technology. After learning of this situation, Huang Minghua was enthusiastic to help, and with his help, Lu Youchuan and Qin Fengyan soon had their own chicken farm and raised chickens. When they first started raising chickens, due to their lack of familiarity with management and technology, their work efficiency was low, and they were too busy to vaccinate chickens. Huang Minghua organized farmers to help each other and solved the problem of vaccination. Through Huang Minghua's enthusiastic help, Lu Youchuan and Qin Fengyan quickly mastered the basic technology of industrial chicken raising. At present, Lu Youchuan has built 4 chicken coops, and about 40,000 broilers are slaughtered every year. Qin Fengyan, a poverty alleviation household, also built a chicken coop, slaughtering nearly 20,000 broilers a year, and the chicken industry has brought them economic benefits, and the days are getting more and more prosperous.

At present, Qiaolian Village has a total of 53 professional chicken households, with more than 1.5 million broiler chickens slaughtered annually. Among them, there are 24 households in Xinjingtun to develop the chicken industry, and more than 700,000 broilers are slaughtered every year in Quantun.

The development of the chicken industry in Qiaolian Village has broadened the channels for villagers to increase their income and become rich, so that farmers have a sustainable and stable income, and have helped rural revitalization.
