On April 28th, the first Fushou Mountain Treasure Contest (preliminary round) of "Red Memory Ecological Tour" Liangdang County kicked off in Liangdang Hotel. Du Juan, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, Wang Liang, deputy director of the County People's Congress, and Yang Xiaobing, vice chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference, attended the guidance competition.
There are 18 Fushou snacks and 41 dishes, 19 Fushou dishes and 82 dishes, 14 Fushou meals and 30 dishes, and 5 representative local "Fu" and "Shou" delicacies of Fushou Banquet, including traditional dishes, local snacks and special drinks. The selection of the competition is mainly from the design of the dishes and the quality of the dishes on the spot, the quality of the dishes is judged from the seven aspects of "color, aroma, taste, shape, utensils, meaning, and nourishment".
The Fushou Shanzhen Delicious Competition aims to display and promote Liangdang's special food, deeply explore the cultural connotation of Liangdang's "Fu" and "Shou", show the characteristic advantages of "Red Blessed Land and Hometown of Longevity", polish the cultural brand of Liangdang's "Fu" and "Shou", use "food +" to leverage the "May Day" market consumption, prosper the service industry, and enhance the connotation and influence of Liangdang's regional culture.
