Up to 10,000 yuan
Recently, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions decided to carry out the 2024 "Famous Teachers Leading Apprentices" activity.
Masters with good professional ethics and high skills in enterprises and institutions in the province will pair up to help new entrants, transfer jobs and employees whose skills have not yet reached the standard by signing regular mentoring agreements to improve their technical skills. In 2024, the province will achieve the goal of 10,000 pairs of mentors and apprentices.
Activity object
"Famous teacher" refers to Zhejiang relying on the innovation studio of model workers and craftsmen and the studio of skill masters, with model workers at all levels, May Day Labor Medal winners, skill masters, technical experts, and technical backbones as the main body, and middle and senior technical personnel of various types of work (majors) or employees with unique skills.
"Apprentice" refers to young workers under the age of 30 who are newly employed and newly transferred in the province, and whose technical skills have not yet reached the standard, especially those who have good political and ideological quality, strong desire to learn and corresponding skill base.
In principle, each teacher participating in the activity is required to bring 2 or more apprentices at the same time.
Incentives
The Provincial Federation of Trade Unions encourages advanced model workers and "Zhejiang craftsmen" to cultivate high-skilled talents through mentoring and apprenticeship, and each advanced model worker and "Zhejiang craftsman" has achieved the following achievements within 5 years since the signing of the written agreement between master and apprentice, and will be given certain material rewards:
If the skill level is upgraded to a senior technician, the master will be rewarded with 5,000 yuan;
Those who win the top 3 in the provincial skills competition will be rewarded with 5,000 yuan to the master;
Those who win the top 3 in the national skills competition will be rewarded with 8,000 yuan for the master, and those from 4 to 6 will be rewarded with 5,000 yuan;
Those who win the top 3 (gold, silver and bronze) in the international skills competition will be rewarded with 10,000 yuan to the master, and those who win the winning award will be given a reward of 8,000 yuan.
The results achieved by the same apprentice in the same level of competition will be based on the best score achieved in that level, and will only be rewarded once.
Specifically, the municipal federation of trade unions and provincial industrial trade unions shall formulate incentive measures according to the annual incentive funds issued by the provincial federation of trade unions and the actual situation of the region (industry).
