In the first quarter, the growth rate of fixed asset investment in the whole region was 9.6%, ranking second in the city, of which the growth rate of three structural indicators of private investment, manufacturing investment, transportation, energy, water conservancy, and ecological and environmental protection investment ranked first in the city.

Qujiang District issued a "good start" policy for steady industrial growth in the first quarter, optimized and iterated the service mechanism of Qujiang Digital Economy Industrial Park, adopted the "weekly coordination and monthly notification" mechanism, accelerated the construction of key projects such as Sichuan Ma Laser and Zhifu Energy Storage, and strived to achieve sustainable industrial growth. In the first quarter, the total output value of industries above designated size reached 15.002 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.2 percent, ranking first in the city, and the added value of industries above designated size was 3.958 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 50.4 percent, ranking first in the province for five consecutive quarters.
