People with high IQs, on the other hand, tend to have greater emotional control, express their emotions in a way that is problem-solving, take into account the feelings of others, and avoid stressing others just to vent negative emotions.

People with high IQs, while not strong in social skills, have an innate ability to control their emotions.
People with lower IQs may be active in groups but lack the ability to control their emotions.
The ability to control emotions actually reflects whether a person thinks rationally or emotionally.

Rational people tend to be self-reflective and able to recognize accurately their talents, emotional needs, and values.
