Baotou Municipal Development Center will organize the construction of the rain and sewage pipeline reconstruction project on the section of Qingnian Road (Baiyun Road - Nanpai Road, 38 Road - Kunhe East Road) in Kuntou District, and the construction unit is Baotou Municipal Public Works Co., Ltd. In order to ensure road traffic safety during the construction period, the Traffic Management Detachment of the Baotou Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China Article 39 stipulates that from May 1 to July 25, 2024, the above-mentioned sections of the road will be fully closed in stages: in the first stage, the Qingnian Road (Baiyun Road - Baotou Iron and Steel Third Hospital International Department Exit) and (38 Road - Kunhe East Road) section of the road will be closed for 45 days, and in the second stage, the Qingnian Road (Baotou Iron and Steel Third Hospital International Department Exit - Nanpai Road) section of the road will be closed for 40 days, and a one-way traffic lane will be reserved in the east-west direction during the closure period. Iron and Steel Street, Tuanjie Avenue and other roads, and half of the level crossings along the line will be closed to the road at selected intersections (see attached map for details).

Baotou Municipal Development Center will organize the construction of sewage pipeline renovation project on the road section of Changfu Road (Minmin Road-Freedom Road) in Qingshan District, and the construction unit is Baotou Municipal Public Works Co., Ltd. In order to ensure road traffic safety during construction, in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China Article 39 stipulates that the Traffic Management Detachment of the Baotou Municipal Public Security Bureau has decided to adopt fully closed traffic control measures for the above-mentioned sections of roads in stages from May 1 to August 28, 2024: the first stage will be closed for 38 days from Minzhu Road to the exit section of Minliu Community (including the closure of the intersection of Minzhu Road and Changfu Road during the May Day holiday), the second stage will be closed from the exit of Minliu Community to the exit section from 11 Neighborhood for 53 days, and the third stage will be closed from the exit of 11 Neighborhood to the Freedom Road for 28 days, Wenwen Road, Wenhua Road, Jianshe Road and other roads, and other level crossings along the line will be closed to the road at a scheduled date (see attached map for details).
