1. Foundation pit engineering

(3) Load-bearing support system: It is used for full-hall support systems such as steel structure installation, and bears a single-point concentrated load of more than 700Kg.
3. Lifting, hoisting, installation and dismantling engineering
(1) Lifting and hoisting projects that adopt unconventional lifting equipment and methods, and the lifting weight of a single piece is 100kN and above.
(2) Lifting equipment installation projects with a lifting capacity of 300kN and above; Dismantling of lifting equipment with a height of 200m and above.
4. Scaffolding engineering
(1) Erection of floor-mounted steel pipe scaffolding projects with a height of 50m and above.

The following procedures are general procedures and may vary slightly depending on the region.
The expert demonstration meeting shall be organized by the general contractor of the construction unit according to the regulations, and the meeting shall generally be presided over by the project leader of the construction unit or the chief engineer of the supervision unit.
The following is the regular meeting procedure of the expert discussion meeting
1. Introduce the participants Participants generally include:
(1) The members of the expert group (the personnel of all parties involved in the construction of the project shall not participate in the expert demonstration meeting as experts), and there shall be no less than 5 or more experts who meet the relevant professional requirements;
(2) The person in charge of the project or the technical person in charge of the construction unit;
(3) Supervision unit, project director, engineer and related personnel;
(4) The person in charge of safety, the technical person in charge of the construction unit, the person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the project, the person in charge of the construction unit, the person in charge of the project, the person in charge
(5) The technical person in charge of the project and related personnel of the survey and design unit.
2. Introduce the general situation of the project
The construction unit undertaking the sub-project shall introduce the general situation of the project, and if the general contractor organizes the construction, the general contractor shall introduce the general situation of the project.
Mainly introduce the scale and characteristics of the project, the surrounding environment of the construction site and the construction conditions, etc., the introduction should be as detailed as possible, and the construction unit or supervision unit can be supplemented. The best way is for the participants to go to the construction site to check the site situation before the meeting, so that the expert group participating in the demonstration can fully understand the site situation. If the expert group is unable to arrive at the scene, it can provide on-site video data.
3. If the design plan is provided by a professional design unit, the design unit shall elaborate on the design plan.
4. The construction unit shall elaborate on the main contents of the special safety plan, including the basis for preparation, project overview, construction deployment, project organization, technical measures and calculations, emergency plans, etc.
5. The participating experts will conduct a preliminary review of the design plan and the special safety plan, and inquire about the relevant situation of the project, and the experts will put forward their own opinions. The main content of the expert argument:
(1) Whether the content of the special plan is complete and feasible;
(2) Whether the calculation and verification basis of the special plan conform to the relevant standards and specifications;
(3) Whether the basic conditions for safe construction meet the actual situation on site.
After the opinions of the expert group are put forward, the meeting will be adjourned for about half an hour so that the experts can unify and clarify the evaluation opinions.
6. After the resumption of the meeting, the leader of the expert group will read out the final opinions of the review, and the expert group will submit the demonstration report. Make clear comments on the content of the argument and sign the argumentation report. The report serves as a guide for the revision and improvement of the special plan.
7. Other parties express their views and opinions on the expert review opinions, and can ask the expert group if they have any questions.
8. Finally, the presiding officer of the meeting shall clarify the matters to be decided by the meeting, including the modification of the plan or the modification of the design.
