"Five bags in front of the door" includes: package hygiene, package greening, package beautification, package order, package facilities. Package hygiene refers to the responsibility area to achieve "eight clean, eight no". "Eight nets" are the façade net, the ground net, the doors and windows net, the wall root net, the tree root net, the pole root net, the flower pond green space net, and the water inlet net. "Eight nos" means no fecal dirt, no garbage and weeds, no muck and rubble, no melon peel core, no confetti cigarette butts, no debris and waste, no stagnant water and snow, and no burning garbage. Afforestation means that the responsibility area does not pour sewage and hot water, does not dump garbage and harmful substances, does not trample on flowers and plants, does not climb trees, does not carve trees, pulls lines, and hangs items, and does not destroy green fences, seat signs and other garden facilities. Beautification refers to the façade of buildings (structures) facing the street shall not be hung to dry or graffiti, shall not be stacked at will; shall not be indiscriminately pasted in stores, doors and windows of small advertisements, shall not be stacked obstruction; advertising plaques shall be set up in accordance with the requirements of the urban management department, so as to achieve uniform specifications, old and damaged or do not meet the specifications shall be replaced in time, and the landscape lighting shall be intact. Package order means that there is no out-of-store operation (processing) in the area of responsibility, no indiscriminate stalls, no selfish construction, no selfish ground locks, no outside the store to solicit customers, no indiscriminate stacking; non-motorized vehicles do not occupy the blind road above the curb and park neatly; noise and smoke pollution shall not affect the surrounding environment and citizens' lives. Package facilities refer to the management of street lights, fruit shell boxes, public service advertising information columns, guardrails, street signs, sidewalks and other public facilities in front of the door; shall not destroy or alter and relocate municipal and environmental sanitation facilities without authorization; shall not excavate or occupy sidewalks without authorization.
