"Drunk" beauties are four "reading" days, and it is time for the whole people to read. On April 23, Mizhi County's 2024 Colorful Four Seasons National Reading Promotion Activity and "Seedling Protection, Green Bookmark" Action was launched, which aims to promote the in-depth development of a series of national reading activities and the "Seedling Protection" action, and create a strong reading atmosphere and a healthy growth environment for teenagers. Yan Danning, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Mizhi County People's Congress, Yu Long, deputy county magistrate, and Ji Naiming, vice chairman of the county CPPCC, attended the ceremony, and Du Fangrong, executive deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee, presided over the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Zhang Sheng, director of the Mizhi County Education and Sports Bureau, read out the "Mizhi County National Reading Initiative", advocating that the people of the county widely participate in reading activities, cultivate sentiment, increase knowledge and learning skills in reading, and create a scholarly atmosphere of respecting knowledge, advocating culture and pursuing civilization in the county. Zhang Yaolong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee, read out the "Notice on the Establishment of the Mizhi County National Reading Promotion Alliance"; all the participating leaders presented "green bookmarks" to the students; Yu Long and Ji Naiming unveiled the "Mizhi County National Reading Promotion Alliance"; Yan Danning announced the launch of the 2024 Colorful Four Seasons National Reading Promotion Activity and the "Seedling Protection and Green Bookmark" action in Mizhi County.
The event was hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Mizhi County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Education and Sports Bureau of Mizhi County, and the whole event was also interspersed with recitation programs such as "Mulan Ci", "Motherland, My Dear Motherland", recitation of "Qinyuan Spring Snow", red story sharing "Du Fuguo, a hero soldier in the new era who takes on the mission with his life", and the new song of ancient poems "Village House" and "Jiangnan".
It is reported that the Mizhi County National Reading Promotion Alliance has attracted a total of 25 units and social organizations to join, and the Reading Alliance will actively assume the responsibility of guiding the social reading orientation and arousing the public's enthusiasm for reading, forming a working pattern of "jointly building an activity platform and sharing activity resources", carrying out rich and wonderful reading activities, playing an exemplary role, and better promoting the national reading work.
On the day of the launching ceremony, the county Xinhua Bookstore, Caterpillar Children's Bookstore, Jingrui Children's Life Museum and other physical bookstores and reading organizations carried out themed reading activities such as "Reading Infiltrates the Soul, Gathering the Strength of Books", "Reading Together, Life is Brilliant", "Making Reading Accessible and Becoming a Trend for the Whole People", and set up a special area for recommending good books to display selected books of different themes and different age groups, so as to meet the needs of the majority of reading lovers and create a strong atmosphere of "Yinzhou is full of books".
