Implement joint insurance and mutual insurance, strictly implement the task of grasping the "three violations" index for cadres and workers at all levels in the mine, and formulate the "XX Principle" Habitual Three Violations "Punishment Regulations" to further strengthen the behavior and habits of personnel, so as to put an end to the phenomenon of "three violations" of personnel.
