Today (April 25), the first plenary meeting of the Joint Conference of Service Enterprises in Changning District in 2024 was held in the Office Building.
The reporter was informed at the meeting that in 2023, the service work of enterprises in the region will achieve remarkable results, focusing on three aspects:
Improve the construction of the public service system. Optimizing the "1+11+N" enterprise service system, the district has established a team of 320 enterprise service specialists, serving more than 3,500 enterprises. In 2023, nearly 300 special activities will be held, with a total of more than 10,000 enterprises served and more than 20,000 people served.
Strengthen the gradient cultivation of enterprises. A total of 126 enterprises were rated as "innovative" enterprises, 42 enterprises were rated as "specialized, special and new" enterprises, and 3 enterprises were rated as national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises. Among them, Wisdom was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Continue to optimize the business service environment. Up to now, the balance of policy-guaranteed loans in Changning District is nearly 1.5 billion yuan, benefiting more than 400 enterprises, and the growth rate of loan balance remains at the forefront of the city. In 2023, the online office rate of enterprises in Changning District will be 64.14%, and the average processing time of newly established enterprises will be 0.37 natural days, which is higher than the city's average level.
Zhai Lei, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and deputy head of the district, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the District Commission of Commerce summarized the work of service enterprises in the district in 2023, deployed the key points of work in 2024, and commended the outstanding service commissioners at the two levels in the urban area in 2023.
The relevant persons in charge of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the District Market Supervision Bureau, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the District Donghong Office, Hongqiao Street, Xinhua Road Street and other departments, as well as representatives of Xingrong Information and Weston and other enterprises made exchange speeches at the meeting. Relevant responsible comrades of the member units of the District Service Enterprise Joint Conference, 2023 municipal excellent service commissioners and representatives of some key enterprises attended the meeting.
