On April 25, Yongle Town, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, organized a school benchmark canteen observation and study meeting to further improve the management level of the school canteen and ensure the food safety of teachers and students.
In the canteen of Yongle Town Central Primary School, the participants conducted on-site observation on the sanitary environment of the canteen, the "three prevention" facilities, the management norms and the operation process. The staff of the town food safety office introduced in detail the management measures of the canteen in all aspects of procurement, storage, processing, sample retention, etc., as well as the safety supervision and emergency response mechanism in the daily operation of the canteen.
After the on-site observation, the participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions. They put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on how to strengthen the management of school canteens and improve the level of food safety. The staff of the town food safety office also gave detailed answers and guidance to the questions raised by the participants.
"Through this activity, we not only learned the advanced experience and management mode of the benchmark canteen, but also enhanced the awareness of food safety and responsibility. All schools should conscientiously learn from the management experience of benchmark canteens, strengthen canteen management and food safety work, conscientiously fulfill the main responsibilities of the school, and strictly implement the working mechanism of 'daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling' to ensure the food safety of teachers and students.
