Last year, BSH revenues declined by 7 percent year-on-year (almost the same level as the previous year after adjusting for currency effects). By region, Europe, North America (US/Canada), Greater China, and emerging markets (including Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) saw declines of 6.3%, 11.3%, 10.5%, and 2.2%, respectively.
