What is Eligibility?

■Graduation certificate, transcript certificate
One situation is that if there is a ready-made template in the domestic university before, you can directly open an English or Japanese certificate, location: the university's academic affairs office (or ask the counselor, each school is different).
Another situation is that there is no English template for domestic universities, but the counselor or the teacher of the Academic Affairs Office can agree to the student to translate it as a certificate and give it a stamp.
If the school can only open Chinese, and the English or Japanese certificate made by yourself is not stamped, it needs to be notarized, and it can be issued at the notary office (it doesn't matter which notary office in the specific location, because the national network is connected).
Materials to be prepared at the notary office: graduation certificate or graduation certificate in Chinese issued by the school, transcript certificate in Chinese, personal identification certificate (ID card and household registration booklet).
Time required: Half a month or more, need to prepare in advance.
■ Letters of recommendation
