"Meet and go far"
At first, I found two small intermediaries who only worked as auditors, which delayed a lot of time.

I don't have a degree certificate, so I need to prepare a lot in advance. Not only do you have to go through the strict pre-screening system of each university, but you also have to participate in written interviews with students from excellent backgrounds.
My homeroom teacher, Mr. Cao, gave me a lot of encouragement and guidance during the preparation for the exam, and guided me through the details of the research plan and interview, and I am especially grateful to him.
In addition, "cultivation in the individual" is also one of my experience in preparing for the exam. After all, Japan is still a country with an entrance examination system, and in the end, everything must be based on one's own ability.

There are no documents that need to be prepared except for the regular application form, personal information, etc. But if you are a junior college like me, you must start the qualification review in advance.
Due to the peculiarity of my background, I have one more qualification process than other students. Therefore, the materials should be prepared more than others, and the time should be earlier than others.

"Written test content"
The written test of the Ritsumeikan MBA program is mainly based on short essays, and you can choose one of the two major questions to answer. The exam lasts about an hour.
On the school's official website, there are past exam questions such as past questions. Do it a few more times, and ask the teacher more often to correct your shortcomings. In addition, the school will also arrange past papers as homework, as well as explanations, so you can learn a lot!
In addition, the written test of MBA examines the candidate's comprehensive logic ability and business application cases, so it is important to accumulate business materials in daily life.
Before coming to Japan, I had more than two years of work experience, and in the written test, I explained the cases I actually encountered in my work.

"Interview atmosphere"
Ritsumeikan's written test interview is held on the same day. At the beginning of the interview, I asked about (1) the reason for my ambition, and (2) about my internship experience, work experience, and job description. Then there is (3) a research plan and future career planning.
During the interview process, the overall atmosphere was relatively relaxed, and the examination room was divided into several different classrooms, and two professors were in charge of the interview in each classroom. On the whole, it is still around some learning intentions and personal experience to examine whether candidates have sufficient knowledge and logical consistency for business.
I think the experience of the interview is still a matter of mentality. It is very important to actively show your professionalism, not to be afraid of stage fright, not to be nervous, and to be able to adapt to changes.
Even if you don't understand something, you can check with the professor first, "Is the professor asking xx?" and "I don't understand, can you please explain it briefly?"

"Zhiyuan Advantage"
The mock interviews also helped me a lot, because the teachers were from very good backgrounds and would dig into details from all angles that I had never paid attention to.
In particular, I didn't get the N1 score when I made my wish, and during the interview, I could clearly feel that the professor was testing my language skills, asking me some relatively complex questions and my personal opinions.
Even though the content of the examination was tricky, I still got enough exercise in the mock interview, so I answered it very smoothly, and I can see that the professor is quite satisfied with my answers. I couldn't have done this without the help of the teachers in the school.
