On April 20, the intangible cultural heritage "paper-cutting" for intellectual property (copyright) protection held by the County Radio, Television, Press and Publication Bureau was held in Xiao County Library, presided over by Liu Shuhua, the director of Longcheng Comprehensive Cultural Station and the inheritor of provincial intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting.
