On April 20th, the National Art Museum of China, the China National Academy of Painting, the Propaganda Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, the Gansu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Gansu Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles co-sponsored the "Heart Source and Tibetan Domain: Wang Wancheng's 40 Years of Chinese Painting Exhibition" opened at the National Art Museum of China.

The exhibition focuses on the masterpieces of Wang Wancheng, the president of the Gansu Painting Academy in his 40-year artistic career, with a total of 36 pieces. Wang Wancheng's works take Tibetan characters as the main objects of expression, while maintaining a realistic style, showing the original moving and light of life. His ink works strive to restore the linearity and charm of brush and ink, and have a strong visual impact. During the exhibition, an academic seminar with the theme of this exhibition was held at the National Art Museum of China.

It is understood that Wang Wancheng, a native of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, is currently the president and second-level professor of the Gansu Painting Academy, a member of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of the China Artists Association, the vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association. His works have been selected for the 10th, 12th and 13th National Art Exhibitions.
