Liu Yuan, born on the third day of May 1989, is a native of Weifang, Shandong.
He graduated from China Academy of Art in 2012 with a bachelor's degree and is a professional artist.
He is the most collectible artist of China Guardian University, the art consultant of Shanghai Art Bund, the cooperative artist of Shanghai Contemporary Minsheng Art Museum, and the special artist of Shanghai Financial Information Center.
His representative works include "Banana Series", "Grass and Trees Series", "Outside the Window Series" and "Natural Elephant Series".
The work is not a purely superficial depiction, but an imagination of nature, inspired by a deep connection with nature and personal and artistic rituals.
From the embodiment of life events, through the poetic imagery of "light", it expands to all things like ripples, looking for an inner empathy that transcends the outside.

Feeling freedom in painting is the greatest joy of my creation, the meaningless lines, the layers of superimposed colors, the feeling of pure power, and putting aside the obsession of pursuing meaning, maybe you can see your own world.
In today's era, I believe that painting is still an important carrier for the sublimation of the human spirit, a way of expression that not only transcends the present, but also returns to the self, and always reminds myself to maintain a skeptical attitude and a philosophy of life of "where I come from and where I am going".
When abstract colors are endowed with flowing light in the paintings, it will carry the primordial energy of searching for the essence to burst out, and run more lightly and freely to the distant places of imagination.

Light, color, image, and texture are diffused in Liu Yuan's works, like the blooming of flowers and the melting of steel, and the romantic and free technique and the solid inner structure of the picture are unified in his works.
The light flickers, and the sense of rhythm and power are all intangible, but the process of searching for rhythm and power is condensed into the painting.
In fact, the symbolic images and colors have long overflowed the two-dimensional plane, leaving traces of more profound objects on the picture.
Therefore, Liu Yuan's paintings can also be regarded as a kind of "trace science" of the state of life.
Liu Yuan attaches great importance to the vitality of the painting itself, and expects the accident of each painting to bloom in the dark, leaving a mysterious and wonderful connection with nature on the painting.
In the series titled "Images of Nature", "the power of nature" is an indispensable part of his creation, while "manpower" is more expressed in the artist's physical participation and creative plan.
