On April 10, Xindun Town, Ganzhou District, held the groundbreaking ceremony of the second phase of the horticultural village "Xinglin Tianju" and the construction project of the facility agriculture demonstration site, Qin Nan, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and deputy head of the district, and Wang Haiming, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
The second phase of the town's "Xinglin Tianju" is planned to be built at the current site of the second community of horticultural village, with a total area of 14.8 acres and a total investment of 6.4 million yuan, and 30 sets of antique homestay resettlement houses with two types of houses of 47 square meters and 82 square meters. The construction project of the facility agriculture demonstration site of the horticultural village is planned to be built on the east side of the horticultural Jiayuan community, with a total investment of 4.2 million yuan, and 30 solar greenhouses of about 1,000 square meters will be built, supporting water and fertilizer integration, heating, ventilation and other equipment. The project will adopt advanced water and fertilizer integration technology, soilless cultivation, artificial light supplementation, intelligent temperature control and other technologies to improve crop quality and yield.
After the completion of the project, on the basis of the first phase of the construction project of "Xinglin Tianju", the living environment of the whole village will be further greatly improved, and the infrastructure construction and public service level of people's livelihood in the village will also be greatly improved. The structure of the agricultural industry has been adjusted, and the industrial chain of the whole village has been further improved. Gradually realize the industrialization, scale, intensification and marketization of agriculture, and build a leisure farm integrating "leisure tourism, fruit and vegetable picking, and homestay experience" for the horticultural village, so as to lay a solid "foundation" and dress up "face".
