When there is a special phenomenon such as "click" after Ding Ding is stressed, any abnormal movement should be stopped immediately, and then thoroughly cleaned with clean running water.
If possible, use a clean, damp washcloth to gently compress the bleeding to avoid infection and perform a simple bandage. At the same time, ice packs can be applied topically to help reduce pain and reduce swelling.
Zhang Liansheng, attending physician of the Department of Urology of Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital, reminded that a rupture of the corpora cavernosa does not mean that it cannot be saved. Doctors can evaluate the injury in a variety of ways and then develop a treatment plan on a case-by-case basis.
For less severe cases with small wounds, doctors usually do not recommend immediate surgery and instead take conservative treatment.
In more severe cases, surgery is usually recommended to repair the damaged tunica alba with sutures.
Either way, with the right treatment and months of recovery, there is usually no relapse from sexual activity.

1. Having sex is too intense
