In order to do a good job in food safety supervision during the "May Day" period and further standardize market behavior, the Zhungeer Banner Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has carried out special inspection actions in the field of food circulation before the holiday.
The first is to highlight the key points and conduct a comprehensive investigation. With vegetable products, bulk liquor, imported cold-chain food, special food, bulk food, etc. as the key varieties, and maternal and infant product stores, farmers' markets, and large supermarkets as key areas, carry out a comprehensive investigation, focusing on the source of food, purchase inspection, certificate and ticketing, special food area counter sales, bulk food label identification, etc. In view of the risks and hidden dangers identified, make a list one by one, and strictly investigate the behaviors such as not implementing the purchase inspection and certificate and ticket system, not storing food as required, selling expired food, and mixing and selling ordinary food and special food.
The second is to inspect the implementation of the "two responsibilities" by the business entity. Check the various systems of food safety management, the risk prevention and control list and the records of daily control, weekly inspection and monthly scheduling one by one.
3. Strengthen market price supervision. Pay close attention to the price information of daily necessities such as fruits and vegetables, grains and oils, meat and eggs, and carry out special price inspections on key business venues such as farmers' markets and large and medium-sized supermarkets in the jurisdiction, focusing on checking whether there are price violations such as unspecified price marking, hoarding, and price gouging, as well as illegal acts of unfair competition. During the inspection, all business units are required to consolidate the responsibility of the market entity, provide reasonable prices of goods and services for the people in the jurisdiction, and ensure the stability of market prices during the festival.
Fourth, strengthen the supervision and inspection of electronic pricing scales. The law enforcement officers first used standard weights to test whether the electronic scales used by the business entities were within a reasonable margin of error, and then checked whether the electronic scales were within the validity period of the verification, and whether there were any measurement violations that infringed on the rights and interests of consumers, such as falsifying data and shortages. In addition, we checked whether large supermarkets and farmers' markets were equipped with fair scales, and checked whether the fair scales were verified, and tested the accuracy with standard weights on site.
Up to now, a total of 43 supermarkets, 3 farmers' markets, and 126 convenience stores have been inspected, and it has been found that individual market entities have incomplete claims for certificates and tickets, and bulk food has not been labeled, and it is required to rectify immediately.
