In order to help the vast number of cadres and masses in the region learn and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the establishment of creditworthiness and the spirit of important instructions to Inner Mongolia, and to fully implement the deployment of the autonomous region's Party committee on the establishment of creditworthiness, on April 18, the Office of the Leading Group for the Creditworthiness Construction Project of Qingshan District distributed more than 140 sets of books to more than 70 units in the conference room of the Qingshan District Bureau of Justice. This set of books is composed of four volumes: "Integrity Inner Mongolia Construction, Judicial Credibility", "Integrity Inner Mongolia Construction, Business Integrity", "Integrity Inner Mongolia Construction, Social Integrity", and "Integrity Inner Mongolia Construction: Government Integrity".
The distribution of books related to the establishment of creditworthiness to government agencies and units is an important task of the Inner Mongolia Creditworthiness Construction Project, aiming to use government departments and government departments as the vanguard to coordinate the advancement of the establishment of creditworthiness in government affairs, business, society, and judicial credibility, to drive all walks of life in society to form an atmosphere of creditworthiness, and to continuously optimize the "trustworthy" urban development environment.
Hold special lectures on the establishment of creditworthiness
On April 18, the Qingshan District Bureau of Justice and the People's Government of Xingsheng Town, Qingshan District, invited lawyer Liu Huiqing of Inner Mongolia Dongxinyu Law Firm to give a lecture on the rule of law in the conference room of the town government, so as to further increase the understanding and awareness of the principle of creditworthiness and the establishment of creditworthiness by the town government, to accelerate the establishment of the social credit system in Qingshan District from the edge and vertically to the end, and to create an atmosphere of honesty and trustworthiness.
Lawyer Emily Lau gave an in-depth explanation of the construction of integrity around four issues: what is integrity, why to build, what to build, and how to build. Through practical cases in legal practice, she interpreted in detail the specific content and significance of the principle of good faith in the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, and explained the specific application of the principle of good faith in various civil activities, including contract performance, tort liability, etc. The staff, the relevant departments of the town government, the staff of the village residents' committees and the representatives of the village residents listened carefully to the lecture and actively participated in the interactive exchanges. She also asked the lawyer questions about the relevant problems encountered in her daily work, and Ms. Emily Lau gave detailed answers and suggestions one by one.
Through this lecture, the staff had a deeper understanding of the principle of integrity, and they said that they would pay more attention to integrity in their future work, and take the establishment of an honest and trustworthy government image as the guide, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
