Recently, the "2024 China Top 100 Property Service Enterprises Research Results Conference and the 17th China Top 100 Property Service Entrepreneurs Forum" hosted by Beijing China Index Information Technology Research Institute, China Top 10 Research Group of Beijing China Index Information Technology Research Institute and China Property Service Index System was held in Beijing.

At the end of 1994, the International Trade Building, located in the geographical center of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, was completed, and the international trade service took root from here, and then the service territory grew rapidly in Fujian Province.
