On April 16, 2024, the new version of the EU General Product Safety Regulation & Toy Product Safety Compliance Requirements Seminar was successfully held in CETC CVC (Jiaxing) Company. The conference was guided by the Jiaxing Municipal Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Pinghu Municipal Bureau of Commerce, hosted by the China-Europe Consumer Product Safety Improvement Project (SPEAC), supported by the Jiaxing International Chamber of Commerce and the Jiaxing Service Outsourcing Promotion Association, and hosted by CETC CVC Weikai (Jiaxing) Company, Pinghu Children's Carriage Industry Association, and Pinghu Children's Carriage Industry Foreign Trade Warning Point, with a total of more than 600 representatives of toy companies attending the meeting offline and online.

Dr. Deng Yun, Senior Training Expert of the EU-China Consumer Product Safety Enhancement Program (SPEAC), gave an in-depth explanation on the common safety risks and improvement suggestions of children's toy products exported to Europe, and gave a detailed introduction to the China-EU Consumer Product Safety Improvement Project.
