Supervise and inspect whether the business premises are fully licensed, whether the catering employees hold valid health certificates, whether the purchase of food and raw materials is complete and the purchase inspection system is implemented, whether the label of bulk food is standardized, whether the "three nos" food is sold, and whether the expired food is sold.
